Text Box: I began working with my mother and several other concerned adults in my community to get a youth center going. I have also been mentoring grade school students for approximately five years now, helping them with their school work or just having a friendly conversation and maybe giving them advice. I also choreographed the Miss Freeport opening number and have been doing so for the past three years. I also help the contestants with their walks on stage. I am also an eight year 4-H member and currently serve as President of the Forreston Friskies 4-H club and Reporter for the Ogle County 4-H Federation.
