Text Box: Kids Day at the MLK Center was, well, loud. Of course with music, games, face painting and quite a few hungry teenagers, it’s to be expected. My friend from school, Shannon , came with me, and won the raffle for the backpack they had up. (Oh, and by the way, her shriek could be heard on the other side of the parking lot.) It turns out that Jorge got soaking wet, then again he was the guy for the dunk-the-person-in-the-tub-of-water game, and the kids got to expend some of their extra energy in the bounce thingy.
